Bookings

Availability, pickup time, route, price, payment requirements, and inclusions must be confirmed before a booking is considered final.

Pricing and inclusions

Published prices are starting prices and may vary by pickup area, route, group size, ticket selection, and optional activities. Entrance tickets, meals, parking, boat tickets, and activity fees are included only when clearly stated in your confirmation.

Changes and cancellations

Weather, traffic, local ceremonies, closures, safety conditions, or supplier availability may require a route or schedule change. Cancellation and refund terms depend on the confirmed package and any third-party supplier rules communicated before payment.

Traveler responsibility

Guests are responsible for providing accurate pickup details, caring for personal belongings, carrying required travel documents, disclosing relevant health concerns, and choosing activities appropriate for their ability.
